Top 100 Ranking

Technical Details

Just wondering here.

I was finding it interesting that my site www.stormhavenonline.org in the live action/fantasy has more hits and votes than several of the listed sites on the top 100. With a 5 star ranking I thought I would at least rank.

Just wondering if this section isn't working properly or if there is something behind the scene's that is why my sight doesn't rank?

Thanks in advance.

Your '5 stars' is probably 4 point something, rather than a full 5. And another factor that affects ranking is age of the listing. But the full algorithm used is quite long, and we aren't going to explain exactly how it works Regular Smiley

BTW, the text size on both your site is really too small.

Some of the content is defined as '10px'. If you want to make things this size I suggest using pt rather than px (point size rather than pizels).

And the .content style is defined as '8pt'. When makes the text in most of the boxed displaying information on you site tiny, and almost impossible to read. I suggest making the '.content' text blocks 12pt.
